Return & Exchange Timeframe

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your items. Please note that due to the perishable nature of many of our products, we cannot process requests after this period.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and viability of our living products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Live plants (including Apple Trees, Pear Trees, Blueberry Plants, Citrus Trees, Dwarf Fruit Trees, Exotic Plants, Clematis, Climbing Plants, Cottage Garden Plants, and Annual Bedding Plants)
  • Bulbs and tubers (including Begonia Tubers, Crocus Bulbs, Daffodil Bulbs, and Dahlia Tubers)
  • Opened or used fertilizers

These items are only eligible for return or exchange if they arrive damaged or defective—please see our damaged items policy below.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be in its original condition and packaging
  • Item must be unused and unplanted
  • Proof of purchase is required
  • Non-returnable items are excluded (as listed above)

Damaged or Defective Items

If your items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [email protected] with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship Items: Package the items securely in their original packaging and ship to the address provided. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Information

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we process your return. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once we receive your return.
