Order Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Please allow additional time for orders placed during weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes: We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: Shipped via DHL or FedEx.
    • Delivery within 10-15 business days after dispatch.
    • Flat rate shipping fee of $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Shipped via EMS.
    • Available for orders over $50.
    • Delivery within 15-25 business days after dispatch.

Shipping Areas: We are proud to ship globally! However, please note that we are currently unable to deliver to some parts of Asia and a few select remote regions due to customs restrictions.

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for your convenience and secure checkout.

Please Note: During peak growing seasons (spring and early summer), delivery times may be slightly longer due to high demand. We thank you for your patience and understanding.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Return Timeframe: We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of you receiving your items.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to the perishable nature of living products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Live Plants: Apple Trees & Pear Trees, Blueberry Plants, Citrus Trees, Dwarf Fruit Trees, Exotic Plants, Clematis, Climbing Plants, Cottage Garden Plants, Annual Bedding Plants, Children’s Flower Plants.
  • Bulbs & Tubers: Begonia Tubers, Crocus Bulbs, Daffodil Bulbs, Dahlia Tubers.
  • Opened or used bags of Fertilisers.

Eligibility Conditions: To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and unplanted.
  • The item must be in its original packaging.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (your order number).

How to Return an Item

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Within 15 days of receiving your order, email our customer service team at [email protected]. Include your order number and reason for return. Using our template below will help speed things up!
  2. Receive Instructions: We will respond within 2 business days with a return authorization and instructions on where to ship the item.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging and mail it to the address we provide. Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped).
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your items arrive damaged or defective, please contact us immediately—within 48 hours of delivery—at [email protected]. Please include photos of the damaged product and its packaging. We will quickly arrange for a replacement or refund.

Refund Information

Once your return is processed:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal).
  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing time.
  • Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
